Penstowe Park at Kilkhampton is a beautifully landscaped area of 30 acres. There are superb facilities on site: Heated 22 metre indoor pool complex with adjoining sauna, jacuzzi and changing suite; an entertainment venue with bar and dance floor; a lounge bar and restaurant; a pub, shop and laundry; a takeaway; a large multi-purpose sports hall for badminton, five-a-side football and other activities; three full sized indoor bowls greens; a squash court; a large sunbathing terrace, beer garden and tennis court; an outdoor pool and children's pool; massage and beauty rooms and a hairdressers.

We offer this chalet set in the grounds of Penstowe Manor as a base for the amateur artist to explore both Cornwall and Devon. With its delightful secluded coves and fishing harbours providing the inspiration for the budding artist.

31 The Drive is a privately owned self-catering chalet.
The self-contained chalet is purpose built for up to 4 people.
There is also a private free car park nearby.

The chalet is fully furnished and comprises:-
An open plan lounge with dining area, plus kitchen.
Two bedrooms, one benefits a
double bed, with the other having bunk beds.
The washroom has a hand-basin, shower, and a separate WC.
Hot water is provided from the electric water heater.
All the main rooms contain electric heaters.
Pillows and duvets are available but,
you will need to provide your own linen.
Electricity is by purchase of £1, £5 or £10 meter cards
obtainable from Penstowe reception.
The electricity meter is in the airing cupboard.
The water mains stopcock is in the washroom
beneath the hand-basin.
We regret that no pets are allowed.

In order to keep costs minimal, no cleaner is employed
after your stay. It is therefore part of your holiday agreement
that the chalet is left clean and tidy for the next guests.
