The chalet is fully furnished and comprises:-
An open plan lounge with dining area, plus kitchen.
Two bedrooms, one benefits a
double bed, with the other having bunk beds.
The washroom has a hand-basin, shower, and a separate WC.
Hot water is provided from the electric water heater.
All the main rooms contain electric heaters.
Pillows and duvets are available but,
you will need to provide your own linen.
Electricity is by purchase of £5 or £10 meter cards
obtainable from Penstowe reception.
The electricity meter is in the airing cupboard.
The water mains stopcock is in the washroom
beneath the hand-basin.
We regret that no pets are allowed.

In order to keep costs minimal, no cleaner is employed
after your stay. It is therefore part of your holiday agreement
that the chalet is left clean and tidy for the next guests.

We offer this chalet set in the grounds of Penstowe Manor as a base for the amateur artist to explore both Cornwall and Devon. With its delightful secluded coves and fishing harbours providing the inspiration for the budding artist.

31 The Drive is a privately owned self-catering chalet.
The self-contained chalet is purpose built for up to 4 people.
There is also a private free car park nearby.

The Flat Rate Tariff is £225 per week throughout the season.

Penstowe Park at Kilkhampton is a beautifully landscaped area of 30 acres.

Bude is large enough to provide a good range of facilities with a choice of accommodation, shops, restaurants and sports facilities, yet it is small enough to remain its Cornish charm. The nightlife is also quiet and relaxed. The area has a laid back charm that is traditional in a cherished way. There are many independently owned shops and restaurants for you to explore, with family run businesses creating a strong ethos in the town. There is something for everyone including a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities - from sports centres, soft play areas and stately homes to fishing, cycling, golf, surfing and other water sports. Bude has plenty to suit all ages, interests or backgrounds.
